About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 0860859 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve the highest standards of quality and service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of physical activity.
