About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at VUU Manufacturing Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect food and kitchen areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a commercial kitchen environment is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and meet the physical demands of the role.
