About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Jawanda and Son Enterprises. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for customers.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
    • Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and surfaces.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Assist in the receiving and stocking of food and beverage supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Assist customers with their orders and ensure that they are satisfied with their dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset, but not required.
  • Language
    • English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
