About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities and real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Direct and control construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
    • Evaluate construction projects to modify commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities and real estate.
  • Facilities Management
    • Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures.
    • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Customer Service
    • Identify customers' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Recommend products or services to customers and deliver sales presentations.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Hire and oversee the training and supervision of staff.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP degree.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Work Environment
    • Work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment.
