Food Service Operations Manager

The Food Dudes Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurants meet all health and safety regulations and that our staff are trained to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The Food Dudes Inc. is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will be required to work in a noisy environment and be able to stand for extended periods.
