About The Food Dudes Inc.

We are a dynamic and growing food services company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team. As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and develop budgets to optimize restaurant profits, including costs of food, ingredients, and supplies.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices as needed, and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and monitor staff performance to ensure that our restaurants are staffed with knowledgeable and friendly team members.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our restaurants have the necessary supplies to operate effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurants comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including restaurants and food service establishments.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
