Regional Sales Manager Job Description

Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in our Central region (Ontario and Winnipeg).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive yet manageable growth targets, leveraging industry trends and competitive landscape factors.
  • Lead a team of outside Sales Representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure alignment with sales objectives and targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, using Salesforce and other tools to inform decision-making and drive sales excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with company leaders and functional area leaders to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Valid G-class license and a clean driving record.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycle activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field, with a focus on sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
