Regional Sales Director

Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our Central region (Ontario and Winnipeg). Reporting to the Regional VP, this role is responsible for driving profitable growth through direct management of a team of outside Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, leveraging data from Salesforce and BAP to inform strategic decisions.
- Effectively communicate opportunities and challenges with the sales team and company leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Directly manage Sales Representatives, setting individual performance goals and providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Lead by example, utilizing mastery of sales tools and data analysis to drive sales performance and process improvement.
- Proven track record of sales success, with experience in sales leadership and management.
- Valid G-class license and acceptable driving record.
- Deep working knowledge of full sales cycle activities, including building products experience.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Natural leadership dispositions, including high dominance and influence, with the ability to multitask and manage escalated situations.
