Regional Sales Director

Regional Sales Manager
Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive profitable growth in our Central region. Reporting to the Regional VP, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and leading a team of outside Sales Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, leveraging industry trends and market insights to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Utilize data analytics and sales tools to inform decision-making and drive sales performance.
- Lead by example, coaching and developing Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and improve sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of success in driving sales growth.
- Valid G-class license and excellent driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a team.
- Proficient in Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
