Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Regional Sales to lead our sales team in driving business growth and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing sales teams, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a regional sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
