Regional Sales Manager

Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive profitable growth in our Central region. Reporting to the Regional VP, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and leading a team of outside sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, leveraging industry trends and market insights to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize data analytics and sales tools to inform decision-making and drive sales performance.
  • Lead by example, coaching and developing sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of success in driving sales growth.
  • Valid G-class license and excellent driving record.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate sales teams.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
