Culinary Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito Brooks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, supplies, and wastage to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock levels, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and have relocation costs covered by employer
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
