Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Dietary Accommodations: Skillfully prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Specialized Meal Preparation: Collaborate with dietitians or chefs to create special meals for patients as needed.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assistants to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
