  • Culinary Expertise
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize profitability.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Indian Pan Flame, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Language and Work Hours

The primary language of work is English, and the work hours are 32 to 40 hours per week.
