About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct regular sales calls to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with service provided
  • Analyze and prioritize sales opportunities, and develop effective sales plans to achieve goals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to calculate discounts and manage sales data
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
