Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sales outlets, and other stakeholders
- Conduct product knowledge training for distributors and sales channels
- Implement and manage pricing, discounts, and advertising programs
- Travel efficiently within the assigned territory to deliver sales targets and market development responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrated sales management experience in the construction products industry
- Industry knowledge including construction products and gas appliance applications
- Driven, results-based sales leadership and management experience
