Position Overview

As an Administrative Officer at Monde Development Group Inc., you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline our administrative processes and ensure that our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Implement and assess new administrative strategies to improve workflow.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and assign tasks to office support personnel, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Office Coordination: Organize and oversee office services, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Budget Assistance: Aid in the preparation and monitoring of the operating budget, maintaining strict inventory controls.
  • Reporting: Compile data and generate periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts that arise within the office.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and oversee administrative procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This position is situated in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. You will be expected to manage a significant workload while adhering to tight deadlines.

Supervision

You will oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.

Work Hours

This role requires a commitment of 30 hours per week.
