About the Role

This position leads the development and execution of Equinix's enterprise diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB) strategy. The role designs and facilitates state-of-the-art employee experiences that advance the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements the enterprise DIB framework and offerings, ensuring alignment with the company's overall diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams, including HR, talent management, and business leaders, to design and deliver DIB programs that drive business results.
  • Manages the global DIB curriculum, including design, pilot, production, budget, and vendor management.
  • Develops and executes change management efforts to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with external strategic partners to maximize mutual value.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in diversity, inclusion, and belonging, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Master's degree preferred.
