We're seeking an Inclusion & Diversity Leader - Americas to champion our global I&D strategy within the region.

As a strategic leader, you will guide and support local initiatives, ensuring that GHD remains a truly inclusive and equitable workplace for all.

Your Impact
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for inclusive leadership, embodying our global I&D strategy.
  • Provide expert guidance to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), fostering their growth and alignment with the overall I&D vision.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, collaborating with key stakeholders across the Americas region.
  • Lead the Americas I&D Committee, driving local initiatives and ensuring seamless integration with global strategies.
  • Develop and implement impactful learning programs and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusivity.
  • Serve as a liaison for compliance-related projects, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Represent GHD as a thought leader on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change across the organization.
Your Expertise
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful I&D strategies within a global organization.
  • Deep understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
