Job Summary

This role leads the development and execution of Equinix's Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) programs. The successful candidate will design and facilitate state-of-the-art employee experiences, creating and delivering DIB programs that advance the company's strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the enterprise strategy for Equinix's DIB framework and offerings, ensuring alignment with the company's broader DIB and Talent Management frameworks.
  • Partner with other talent management resources, HRBP, and business executives to design and implement DIB programs across the executive population.
  • Define and monitor program success measures, reporting outcomes through the DIB scorecard and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Project manage all aspects of the global DIB curriculum, from design to pilot to production, budget, and vendor management.
  • Facilitate DIB offerings, off-sites, and custom engagements, supervising external resources as needed.
  • Run reports and review success measures, making necessary adjustments to DIB and Employee Engagement offerings.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with a Master's degree.
