Customer Operations Administrative Specialist

Position Overview
The Customer Operations Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of documentation and financial transactions within the organization. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our operational processes and supporting our commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, identify, and process all incoming checks from various couriers to ensure accurate account allocation.
- Prepare and manage daily deposits, including the printing and distribution of VCCI checks to vendors and clients.
- Sort, scan, and archive incoming mail, including funding requests and equity transfer packages, ensuring all documents are accurately stored in our records system.
- Validate signatures and verify details on original documents received for electronic contracts.
- Prepare and send outbound correspondence initiated by the Customer Operations and Customer Advocacy teams.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing departmental inboxes and supporting various operational needs.
Qualifications
Education
- Completion of a college diploma (DCS/DEC) is required.
- A university degree is preferred.
Experience
- A minimum of one year of experience in administrative roles is required.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
