- Communication
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Data Management
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Perform data entry, data analysis, and reporting as required.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and manage office moves, renovations, and other projects as needed.
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects, such as event planning, marketing initiatives, and other tasks as assigned.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education
- Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as business administration or office management.
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Language
- English is the primary language of communication.
