As a Dispatcher, you will be integral to maintaining the punctuality of transportation routes, mentoring drivers and monitors, and managing communications with our clients. We foster a constructive work atmosphere and provide avenues for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all transportation routes and bus scheduling
  • Mentor and guide drivers and monitors
  • Handle significant phone and radio communications
  • Resolve scheduling issues and driver concerns
  • Engage with primary contracted clients
  • Support the oversight of daily operational activities
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Fundamental understanding of radio dispatch systems
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to operate under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Subject to DOT drug testing regulations
