Join Our Team as a Transport Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our transport operations at Red River Transport. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics team.

  • Education Requirement: Completion of secondary (high) school education is necessary.
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role within the transport or logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of workers and oversee various projects.
  • Facilitate training and professional development for team members.
  • Control and operate the signal and track switch control panel.
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the procurement process for materials and supplies.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

Language Proficiency: English is required.

Working Hours: This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
