About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trubright Transportation Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, maintaining office procedures, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform tasks and maintain records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Transportation, communication, and utilities.
