About the Role

As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Planning and Operations
    • Plan and coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Arrange for shipping documentation and track the movement of goods in transit.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that all transportation operations comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Negotiations and Partnerships
    • Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates and services.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
    • Monitor and analyze transportation service rates and revenue.
Requirements
