As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Planning and Operations
    • Plan and coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and laws.
    • Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Policy Development and Implementation
    • Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
    • Ensure that all transportation operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiation and Communication
    • Negotiate with carriers and other stakeholders to secure preferential rates and services.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation operations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in transportation operations or a related field
