About the Role:

Falcon Xpress Transportation Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transportation Planning: Develop and implement transportation plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Policies and Standards: Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  4. Negotiations: Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates and services.
  5. Operations Oversight: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  6. Revenue Monitoring: Monitor and analyze revenue generated from transportation services.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  2. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
