We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Skin Vitality Medical Clinic.
About the RoleThe Customer Care Representative will play a pivotal role in engaging with our patients through diverse communication channels, providing comprehensive support to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inbound phone calls, text, chat, and social media platform queues promptly
- Meet booking ratio targets and quality assurance standards
- Audit test, phone and chat communication for quality and efficiency
- Provide informed product and treatment information to patients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency
- Participation in ongoing coaching sessions and professional development training
- Ability to type 60 words per minute
- Computer and keyboarding skills are required
- Multitasking while maintaining performance and personable demeanor
- Delivering top-notch customer service
- Proficiency in the English language, including strong verbal and written communication
- Self-motivation and a positive outlook
- Reliability and dependability
