About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 0482597 B.C. Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
  • Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and adherence.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Workplace Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
