About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Building Caretaker to join our team at 2396698 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Safety and Security: Perform regular safety and security checks, and work with minimal supervision to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Seasonal Tasks: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
