Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at 2396698 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our commercial building and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, floors, and stairs by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform safety and security checks.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Commercial building or shopping centre/mall work setting.
Work Environment

Our commercial building is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. As a member of our facilities team, you will be working with minimal supervision and will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our building and surrounding areas.
