About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Building Caretaker to join our team at 2396698 Alberta Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of apartment building hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the building
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a commercial building setting.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
