Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain our competitive pricing and profitability.

Operational Excellence

Evaluate and improve our daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and mentor our team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time to meet customer demand.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible prices and terms.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and our business operates efficiently.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
