About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of customer orders and inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Record, process, and respond to all customer requests and concerns.
  • Run daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders.
  • Liaise with various members of the supply chain to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Take pride in building strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Prior experience with SAP or similar software is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field.
