Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Process orders received via various channels, including phone, email, and fax, and provide confirmation to clients as required.
  • Order Fulfillment: Select the appropriate carrier to ensure timely delivery of orders, and communicate with internal and external customers to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner, and escalate issues to the appropriate person as required.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate information regarding customer accounts, including backorders and customer account status.
  • Continuous Improvement: Make suggestions and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager to continually improve customer service operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, high level of attention to detail, proactive customer focus, ability to work in a team and independently, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, self-starter, efficient, organized, and strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.
