Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Milton office. This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing a high volume of customer orders and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for recording, processing, and responding to all customer requests and concerns, as well as running daily and weekly reports to track accurate execution of customer orders.
