Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Uline. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their concerns are addressed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
