Insurance Sales Representative Opportunity

Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy working with the public and developing strong relationships? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Tom Burnside - Desjardins Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain.
