Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively meet customer needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- OTL or RIBO license required
- Outside sales or service experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
