We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Representative to join our team at Tom Burnside - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to customer service and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and obtain an LLQP license.
Please note that this position is with an independent contractor agent, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. The agent's employees are not employees of Desjardins, and the independent contractor agent is responsible for all employment decisions regarding their employees.
