Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager to join our Expo Labs Innovation & Change team. This role will involve guiding our leaders in informed decision-making concerning technology adoption, driving change, and fostering a culture of innovation and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of innovation mandates, ensuring alignment with business priorities, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Promote a deep understanding and integration of AI technologies and digital strategies, advancing the AI Quotient across the firm and its diverse group of stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver potential innovation roadmaps, ensuring the relevance and alignment of emerging technologies with firm's needs.

Requirements
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and balance multiple priorities effectively.
