About Our Opportunity

As a valued member of the System Integration Digital Health team, reporting to the Director Digital Strategy & Governance, you will be responsible for obtaining a deep understanding of the digital investments made within the Nova Scotia Health System and assessing the benefits and returns on investments, guiding the digital health impact and investment decisions in Nova Scotia.

Primary Accountabilities

As the Digital Investment Lead, you will be:

  • Focused on the health economist assessment of benefits and returns made through the digital investment and initiatives.
  • Develop robust measurement plans and report through data, insights, and engagement to inform how we measure and assess in digital.
  • Identifying where the system can continuously improve their digital delivery.
  • Support the development of policy and guidelines.
  • Act as a compassionate leader advocating on behalf of the public.

Qualifications and Experience

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will have a bachelor's degree plus 6 years of progressive experience in a related field. An acceptable equivalent combination of training or experience may be considered.

Pay Grade: PR 17 Salary Range: $83,;- $93,;Bi-Weekly
