About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Double PT Enterprises Ltd. as a Head Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our culinary standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure that we have the right people in place to meet our culinary needs.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with overtime required at times. The successful candidate must be physically demanding and able to stand for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

The successful candidate must be dependable, flexible, and have a strong initiative. They must also be organized, reliable, and a team player with good time management skills.
