About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Theobills Restaurant and Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning customers.

Staff Management

Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
