Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at MasterBUILT Lloydminster Lodging Ltd. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Communication: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Payment and Billing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in word processing software and internet.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, and team player.
