Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with precision and attention to detail.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent oral communication skills.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an asset.

  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
