Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Financial Transactions: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process related forms.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on permanent positions.
Working Conditions
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
