Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Administrative Tasks: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Word processing software and internet.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
