Restaurant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative workplace by effectively communicating and holding meetings with staff and management;
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires, as well as the development of existing team members;
  • Be present during peak service times;
  • Authorize or place supply orders;
  • Assess team performance, identify their needs, and create work schedules;
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines;
  • Manage financial transactions and petty cash;
  • Address customer feedback and complaints;
  • Initiate promotional campaigns and maintain equipment;
  • Ensure compliance with the Toujours Mikes employee handbook, company policies, labor regulations, and product standards;
  • Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong customer service orientation;
  • Proven experience in a managerial role;
  • A high school diploma may be necessary;
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.

Work Schedule

Your working hours will be set, with the possibility of occasional overtime. You will be required to work evenings, weekends, and some public holidays. Your role will involve both office duties and floor support during busy times.
